Fake Tool Plugin

This plugin appears to be a simple test echo tool with no evidence of file access, network access, persistence, or system modification.

This is suitable for testing an OpenClaw tool registration flow. Before installing, note that it is a community package, its release version metadata is inconsistent with the packaged version, and its advertised `prefix`/`enabled` settings may not be enforced by the plugin code itself.
