This is a coherent Groq provider plugin that only exposes Groq model and audio-transcription capabilities through OpenClaw.
Install only if you intend OpenClaw to send selected prompts or audio transcription requests to Groq using your Groq API key. Review Groq account billing and data handling expectations, but the artifact does not show hidden or unrelated behavior.
