Overview
This plugin coherently adds a Fish Audio text-to-speech provider and its network/API-key use matches that purpose.
Install only if you intend to send TTS text and your Fish Audio API key to Fish Audio or a configured compatible endpoint. Review any custom baseUrl you configure, since it controls where synthesis and voice-listing requests are sent.
