This is a coherent legal-data plugin that connects OpenClaw to a disclosed external Cleo Legal MCP API and only persists an API key during explicit setup.
Install only if you are comfortable sending legal/compliance search inputs to Cleo Legal and storing a Cleo API key locally. Treat results as research support, not final legal, sanctions, export-control, or customs advice.
